OEM Account Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all aspects of jobs to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to the various internal procedures of the client and form close links with the client’s representatives to ensure satisfaction
  • Build relationship with client to promote growth as well as maintain current activity
  • Responsible for the planning and executing of jobs, and their various tasks
  • Works with Manufacturing reps with quoting, technical data and other support to procure business
  • Review job data, drawings, quotes, order, etc. to ensure accuracy security and regulatory/ quality compliance
  • Work with production for scheduling and manufacturing
  • Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follow company policy
  • Ability to understand and work within an ISO Certified environment
  • Experience with OEM Manufacturing- i.e. managing customer Portals/ ERP systems

Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures: understand and adheres to all
  • Knowledge of scheduling and understanding of Production planning
  • Math skills: Proficient with emphasis of geometric math
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, UniPoint and Outlook skills
  • Proficient in Accurate data entry
  • Working knowledge of engine components
  • Read AutoCAD: flat patterns, schematics, 2D, 3D
  • ERP- JobBoss
  • Advanced skill in Pricing and Quoting thermal solutions
  • Knowledge of Quality & Engineering Management software
  • Understanding of Production Planning
  • Advanced Problem Solving/Analysis skills
  • Advanced Organizational skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of measuring techniques with extensive hands on experience
  • Use of standard tools to measure and install
  • Experience/skill in installing thermal solutions
  • Project Management skills
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Environment
  • Working knowledge of ISO Quality systems
  • Working knowledge of shipping/receiving standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of UPS/FedEx labeling system
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within field
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Must have computer skills

Education and Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 4 year degree in engineering, Business or other related areas
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in related industry or field
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment, a plus
