Administrative Assistant

Apply in person with a resume at Hunter Employment. 2450 S. 4th Avenue Suite #102


    • Provide general office and administrative support
    • Generate billing to customers
    • File claims with vendors
    • Prepare daily cash receipts
    • Assist in obtaining credit applications from customers and forwarding to Credit Dept.
    • Answer incoming calls and emails
    • Handle filing, faxing, mail, and office supplies
    • Create correspondence as needed
    • Establish and maintain a variety of files and records
    • Learn company operations, policies and procedures
    • Ensure smooth running of the office




    • Must have great job stability and at least 2 years of office/administrative experience
    • Previous accounting experience is helpful
    • Excellent telephone, written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
    • Responsible and good organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong work ethic and motivated
    • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
    • Must have positive, can-do attitude
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Precision & attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture as well
    • High school diploma required
