Administrative Coordinator

  • Associates Degree and 1-3 years’ administrative experience
  •  Professional customer service
  • Data entry accuracy and strong multitasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Touch typist 45 WPM +
  •  Quick learner
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Ability to transition with growing season from Yuma, AZ to Salinas, CA
  • Must have an open and flexible schedule as this Company runs 24 hours a day
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver license
  • Must provide driving record when applying  




  • Coordinate & prioritize office duties Receive & dispatch incoming phone calls
  • Customer interaction/support Receive and process samples from various locations
  • Schedule/coordinate & dispatch service providers
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Fulfill duties assigned by management
